RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle back office tickets, provide 24/7 online inquiries, and email replies services to customers;
  • Handle customer inquiries, advice, and suggestions via email or online tools;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the leaders;
  • Understand Coin98 products thoroughly to help users get the best experience.
  • Working time: 6 AM - 10 PM (GMT+7) - 8 flexible working hours

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good at English;
  • High level of honesty and integrity;
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed expectations;
  • Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts, including night shift;
  • Experience in customer service, esp. in cryptocurrency and blockchain, is a plus;
  • Fast learning skills and adaptability;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Age under 25.
